Post by homerdepo » Sun Sep 16, 2018 5:32 am

It appears to be a Sony system . . I just purchased the car . And the DVD works . I know there are other things it does besides playing dvds . It has a st card slot and a usb. Slot . And it has a remote and wireless headphones . Can't get the headphones to work . And no clue how to get games, working
Is there a manual on line

Hi Homerdepo, I am almost certain that the entertainment system installed in your Freestlye is an aftermarket unit. The factory installed DVD systems had a single center mounted screen, not a screen(s) mounted in the headrest. Your best bet is to try to locate the model number or serial number on the head unit and contact the manufacturer, or search online; the info in the Freestyle owners manual will be of no help to you. The head unit is easily removed (or should be, I won't venture a guess as to how well the aftermarket unit is installed) if the model number of the Sony unit is not on the faceplate. Brad

Hi Homerdepo, That looks like a nicely installed (perhaps even dealer installed) aftermarket unit, but definitely not the factory DVD set-up. See the bottom right corner of page 2 in the PDF linked below, the factory unit is shown there. Brad

Try searching Eonon L0237 Headrest DVD Player on Google, that appears to be what you have. Several videos on YouTube.

I found places that so the whole system. But no one has the replacement parts . Remotes or headphones.
