EATC gone bad?

We replaced the RH Blend Door Actuator, but the passenger side still blows warm while the driver side blows cold. No DTCs come up on self-test. I did see something in the manual about performing a Cold Boot.

Is this required? Is there any easier way to do it than disconnecting the EATC connector (how do I get to those anyways?)

If it is the EATC, does anyone know about how much one costs? All I can find online is rebuilt modules on Ebay.
