Trailing Arm / Lateral Link

I will be tackling the LH Trailing arm of an 05 AWD Freestyle.
Guidance on bolt sizes? Should I replace or re-use...? Other Tips?
I can’t find much regarding this part, not even a consistent name...
Seems both bolt heads are different sizes, as are both nuts.

I think 15mm works on bolt head to knuckle, but don’t have an 18mm wrench to put on nut (17, 19 don’t work??)
Bolt into frame is larger than the 19...! Grrr!

Heard snap after an expansion joint on our freeway. Inspected and the metal snapped right after where bolt secured to knuckle. The bolt is still attached to knuckle, but trailing arm moved freely (as does my WHEEL !!)

LIVE UPDATE:
Trailing Arm / link to knuckle connection used 15mm socket for bolt head and 18mm wrench onto nut.
Trailing arm / lateral link (still not clear actual correct name) to frame connection used 19mm on bolt head and 18mm on nut.
****stuck*****
Frame connection, the nut (18mm) came off easily. Bolt stayed in. Shimmy the cam washer off the bolt. Bolt STILL staying in.
This Bolt does have a groove channel cut into it (see picture), not sure if that requires some special method to remove. Having a tough tough time budging this bolt. Hopefully it’s just more Force that’s missing not some kind of a trick. HELP.

I replaced the same part after it was severely bent from a rear end hit on the freeway. I don't remember having any trouble with the bolt. I suspect it is just rust. Try a hammer. Mine had none of the deep corrosion seen on yours. Yours looks to have sat ankle deep in the ocean for a few years.

Anyone have a “fix” for this ?
Currently vehicle is up on stands, would lowering help? I’m thinking no, the elongated hope is on the other end (to the frame) and I am fully extended to be where I am in photo - so my play is actually in direction away from the knuckle 😬

Jacking won’t help. Perhaps use a pry bar to push things together so the hole lines up??
