I have a 2006 Freestyle. Under the steering wheel towards the base of the steering column i see a tiny push type of electrical switch. Im thinking its part of the anti theft device? Does anyone know exactly what its for and what does it do?

Aftermarket switch, most likely a valet/alarm disable for an aftermarket alarm.

In one of the older James Bond films, Q installed a button that worked the ejection seat so be careful.

I was driving one day with a passinger. Thinking about that button i thought push it and see what happens. Upon pushing it my passinger was ejected quickly and the noise and hot air coming from his big mouth now turned to a cool silence. Thanks for your input..lol
