Interior tie down points
There are two movable rectangular loops located along the edge of the trim at the rear storage area and two non movable loops, one on each side of the inside trim next to the third row seats. Can anyone explain their use?

Tie downs
The cargo net attachments are buttons attached to the side trim at the rear. The referenced hold downs are movable steel loops at the rear next to the hatch lock and immovable loops on each side trim next to the third seat position.
TieDown Anchors
The tie-down anchors you mentioned are for a horizontal cargo net for the Freebie. It has a trapezoidal shape and goes over the well behind the third row seat.

Where to find Horizontal Cargo Net
I went to fordaccessoriesstore.com and found two cargo nets. The horizontal one starts with part number "5F9Z-..." for about $39. The other one with the picture is the vertical net. I went to my local Ford dealer and ordered it.
