157K and change. Bought it with 91K on the clock. Mechatronics took a dump at 100K, PTU took a dump at 110K. Also have have new power steering pump (Dealer thought whining noise was the pump, but it turned out to be the PTU) Just fixed an air conditioning leak this year. Otherwise, no major issues. Still need upper motor mount, and probably lower ones too at this point. I did the cheap bastard fix on the upper mount, ordering the part from the online Volvo store. But it only lasted a few years. Just replaced front stabilizer bar, since bushings went on the bar, and the bushings are welded to the bar. In the process of finding a used bar for the rear, as the bushings on that are toast, and it is apparently impossible to find the part new. Otherwise the car keeps starting, keeps hauling and keeps on truckin'. Plan on driving it until it dies.

The PTU is the Power Takeoff Unit used to provide power to the rear wheels in the AWD system

2007 SEL - 152,800 MILES
My parents bought my Freestyle brand new in 06, and I inherited it about 5 years ago at around 43k miles. Haven't had any major problems - I love this car! Since I've had the car I've only had regular maintenance done: regular oil changes, new tires and brakes all around, tune-up & new battery. My serpentine belt was starting to dry crack last summer, so I had it replaced. My alternator went out on me the winter before last (we had a much colder than usual winter that year with temps regularly below 0), and that was probably the most expensive repair I've had since owning the car. It's been the most reliable car I've owned by far!

I bought my 2005 freestyle AWD Limited on Oct 2006 @38 Miles. Now (Sept. 20, 2016) I'm approaching 128K. I baby my car and she's still running strong. of course, there has been repairs like alternator replaced, shocks replaced...etc., no major accident. Always took it to a Ford Service Dealer because I had an extended warranty up to 87K/8 year. Now I take my car to my long time mechanic friend and according to him, He says the engine should still have more life left in her. I really love my Freestyle and I wish Ford makes something similar to this model.
