Re: Africa / knowitall thread

I moved the most recent off topic post and found a few others on the same page. _____________________________________________________________________ "A funny thing is if you're out hiking and your friend gets bit by a poisonous snake, tell him you're going for help, then go about ten feet and pret...

Re: New Radio

The trim kit was purchased at the same time as the radio and from the same source, Crutchfield. The site suggests the needed kit, and it's often thrown in free if you buy a radio. That kit had what was needed to turn the unused space into the storage space. O jaunty75, jaunty75, wherefore art thou ...

Re: Africa / knowitall thread

Most importantly, next time, don't take this car to the restaurant, and put some punctuation marks in your freakin' message!!! Jaunty: Please give the man some kind considerations. If this were my vehicle I would be screaming, ranting and nowling with no punctuations whatsoever. KAH, it was a freak...

Re: 2007 Awd trans to 2006 fwd

i don't think this would be possible, considering the differences in the positions of the CV Joints on the Right side of the trans of each type......plus the right-side CV Joints themselves appear to have different part numbers (AWD vs FWD). see mike poland's pictures in his AWD CVT swap.....see the...

Re: 2005 CVT Different from 2006?

Has anyone done a regular CVT to CVT swap for the free style? Yes, did that on ours years ago, me and mech and an extra hand (at some point)......its a straight swap for FWD to FWD.....and AWD to AWD. ours was a FWD....i posted the pictures of the whole process here, in a topic for the issue. No ne...

Re: warm a/c while driving in the city

Ah. now that this Topic came back up, i'd like to report that my AC still works perfectly, still holds great charge and still BRRRRRR Cold since i changed the Green O'Ring early last year, roughly 18 months now. i hope i won't spook it with the report though. how has thine been, thou King of Mean, ...

Re: Fuel pump reset

That is good you still have it. It would be awkward to be commenting in a Freestyle site without owning one like your alter ego jaunty75. .....but FAR MORE awkward reading comments from "Tradosaurus" whom we know who he really was. Jaunty75 was one of the best members here ......bought the ca...
