That would be the tipping point for me. If the CVT needs any repair, I want nothing to do with it...beyond typical maintenance, fluid change etc...I also have a real problem spending 6 grand for an 11 year old car. But I'm also a cheapskate.

213,000 miles on our 07 Limited. Anyone know what the horizontal T-shaped metal coolant tube is called, located behind radiator on bottom? Lower hoses attach to either side of it, and something like a flex tube coming up from the tee... This tube--obviously made of steel--rusted through, puking the coolant out. Overheated, and lef...
