Good to hear those transmissions are super sensitive to litirally everything I personally waited too long to change the fluid on my moms car too long=199k miles but if I were to do it again I would recommend every 50k miles at minimum every 100k miles

It might be a long shot but a few years back my moms 06 five hundred had a problem to where it wouldn't move only in reverse then we had it flat bedded to the dealer and had the pcm reprogrammed and now with 210,000 miles all is well so If your not sure if the pcm was ever updated it might be worth ...

Maybe the PCM Is shorted those 4 codes all together seem to be a big red flag for the PCM I looked up all those codes in 1 search and there seems to be a lot of forums where people say the PCM is bad

It sounds like something big in the computer system went wrong check all the wiring harnesses especially the one going to the PCM behind the power steering reservoir it can rub through the wires on the ac line watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IrDL810CEI4

I have a 06 five hundred with 205,000 MI changed the fluid at 195,000 with motorcraft cvt fluid and changed the pan filter (left the high presure filter alone) no problems!
