Re: Driver Door Weather Stripping

Well I discovered an interesting thing in that the weather stripping on all four doors is interchangeable as I couldn't find a driver's one at Pull a Part. While at PAP I tried the rear driver's side gasket and it fits perfectly on driver's front. Kudos to Ford Engineers who consolidated the design.

Re: Center Dash Storage Compartment Lid

Well I got another compartment from a Freestyle at Pull a Part. It is gray in color instead of charcoal like me car however so far it hasn't broke. I bet the hot Alabama sun degrades the plastic and weakens it

Re: [walkthrough] How to replace an alternator on a Freestyle

Bought a new Duralast Gold Alternator from Autozone and had it put on by "Bring Your Own Part" a few months ago but it went out a week or so ago.

Ok, repair shop founds lots of thing wrong: 1. Duralast Gold Alternator from Autozone that was just replaced new a few months ago went bad. 2. Re: Miss/shudder under low speed load

What was the finding? My 2006 Freestyle started this two days ago where is it would seem like it would miss especially if you slowly accelerated while going up a hill. Yesterday it got really back and all the dash lights came on and it shifted in low gear until I parked and restarted the car. After ...
