Hi guys, me and my beautiful 05 Freestyle did a awesome trip from Tampa, FL to Trumbul, CT.
on the way back I felt the ac was a little weak, that was 3 weeks ago,yesterday was completely warm and now if the ac is on the car die!! :evil:

Does anybody experience that before?

I don't think you understood my problem!
In simple words, If I press the AC buttom on my dashboard my RPM goes crazy up/down till the car dies, won't start till I turn AC off. :shock:

Get the OBD II read to see if any codes come up.

Compressor locked up, or A/C clutch bad. Either way, the compressor needs to come out and a new one in.

Yes sir!!! That's my problem but I'm doomed right now, cause they are charging me $800 + labor!

So it means that your car Ac needs to be replaced by a new one. The power is already unstable. It can affect the engine to die.
